Community Outreach

Welcome to the Internet home of Trinity Community Coalition Outreach, Inc. (TCCO). TCCO was founded in 2007 based on a desire by its founder to provide “Holistic” family services under a group of programs known as Project Opportunity. Project Opportunity is designed to combat:

Drug and alcohol abuse
Recidivism
Dependent living of developmentally delayed individuals
Low self-esteem of children of disabled and incarcerated parents
Academic failure and juvenile delinquency

MISSION

Our mission is to empower individuals, mentally, physically and spiritually to become productive, effective, self-sustaining members of society.

FOCUS

Empower individuals to become alcohol and drug free
Reduce recidivism through training, job placement and supportive services
Provide developmentally delayed individuals with tools to lead independent, productive lives
Improve the self-esteem of children, aged 5-12 years, of incarcerated and/or disabled parents and children aged 5-12 years that are at risk of academic failure and/or juvenile delinquency by providing services and training through our CELP (Children Enhancing Lifestyles Permanently) program
